Major and Minor Star Systems within the Oblique Trilogy

The Twins

(Sec 1, (1,1,8) and (2,1,8))
Neighbouring star sytems with an odd stellar relationship. The mathematics of interstellar travel are immensely complex and only truly dedicated specialists can unravel them. For some reason the calculations required to jump to either of these two systems yield almost identical field conversion formulae. While it is still possible (with care) to confirm your system of arrival, many captains are wary of flying to The Twins due to the possibility of a misjump leaving you headed in-system to the wrong star. To further complicate matters, against probability the two stars share very similar coronal aspects, size, mass and planetary arrangements. Sometimes pilots have approached within range of a station only to discover they have spent hours in transit toward the wrong Twin.
